Job Title: Executive Experience Consultant
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extensions)
Contract: Contract and OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an Executive Experience Consultant to design and deliver high-impact experiences for senior technology executives. This role will partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to create engaging, customer-focused executive briefings and strategic conversations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and facilitator who can build trusted relationships, manage complex programs, and confidently engage with C-level technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage end-to-end executive briefings and strategic engagements.
- Partner with sales, marketing, product, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate executive-level conversations and deliver compelling presentations.
- Develop industry-focused insights and customer-centric narratives.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Identify risks, solve problems, and ensure a high-quality executive experience.
- Help drive adoption of innovative, facilitator-led engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering executive engagements or strategic programs.
- Experience within technology firms or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
- Solid program/project management experience with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environments.
Preferred BackgroundsCandidates may come from technology consulting, technology marketing, technology specialist, Chief of Staff, or strategic project management backgrounds. Industry-specific systems and processes can be learned on the job.
