Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Customer needs strategic and highly technical talent to help their largest customers successfully implement, operate, and scale Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Technical Account Managers (TAMs) build and maintain strong relationships with customers while providing the technical leadership needed to maintain operational health, navigate complex implementations, and adopt new capabilities. For this role, we are specifically seeking deep, hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) expertise. The ideal candidate has real implementation experience with AJO and can operate at the technical level with customer and partner teams as well as Adobe Product Engineering. Strong candidates may not check every box below, but AJO experience itself is not negotiable.
This person must be comfortable understanding solution architecture and data design, troubleshooting complex implementations, reviewing logs and other technical artifacts with Engineering, identifying potential root causes and edge cases, and driving issues through validation and resolution.
