Summary:
Looking for an eCommerce BI Analyst to drive growth and conversion through web analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights. This role partners with eCommerce leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize site performance, reporting, and customer experience.

Technical Stack & Core Skills:

• eCommerce & Retail Analytics
• Adobe Analytics (required)
• Adobe Launch / DTM (preferred)
• A/B Testing & Optimization
• SQL
• Power BI or Tableau
• Web Tagging & KPI Dashboarding
• Digital Marketing Analytics (SEO, Paid Search, Display preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and site performance to identify growth opportunities
• Build and standardize KPI dashboards (sales, traffic, conversion)
• Lead site tagging strategy with Dev & QA teams
• Drive A/B testing strategy and performance analysis
• Deliver actionable insights to improve conversion and revenue
• Present insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
