Job Description

We are seeking a LEVEL 9 - Icertis Technical Consultant Lead within the Comms, Media & Technology practice. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Icertis CLM and CRM and a proven ability to design, implement, and lead enterprise CLM solutions as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM solutions to support buy-side and sell-side contracting processes.


• Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs to meet business and legal requirements.


• Implement and support integrations between Icertis and enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, Order Management, and Billing.


• Configure contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, templates, and metadata models.


• Support contract-to-order and contract-to-revenue traceability for accurate financial and operational reporting.


• Lead data migration from legacy contract systems into Icertis, ensuring data integrity and validation.


• Participate in Agile delivery cycles and support SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-production stabilization.


• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform performance, scalability, and reliability.


• Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.


• Produce technical design documentation and ensure adherence to Icertis and enterprise best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in Icertis CLM. 10+ years.


• Strong CRM background. 10+ years.


• Proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs.


• Experience integrating CLM with CRM, ERP, Order Management, and Billing systems.


• Hands-on data migration experience and data validation practices.


• Agile delivery experience across SIT, UAT, deployment, and stabilization.


• Ability to serve as an industry SME and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Icertis certifications.


• Consulting experience in Comms, Media, and Technology.
