Strong communication skills for remote team interactions via Zoom/Slack.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro for Agile workflows.
Basic understanding of user story mapping and requirements elicitation.
Excellent organizational skills and a passion for continuous improvement in fast-paced settings.
Ability to thrive remotely with self-motivation.
