Summary

We are seeking an experienced, service-focused IT Specialist to provide end-to-end technical support in a 24/7 secure environment supporting 1,500+ users. This role serves as the primary on-site resource for IT infrastructure, systems, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, servers, switches, security systems, cameras, wireless, VoIP, and related technologies
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and security system issues
Perform cabling, fiber optics work, hardware replacements, and network maintenance
Support security systems including cameras, door controls, and recording devices
Act as primary help desk contact; manage tickets, resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis
Set up user accounts and manage access based on security requirements
Maintain asset inventory and documentation
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on IT support experience (hardware, networking, security systems)
Experience with troubleshooting PCs, networks, wireless, and security devices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with cabling, fiber optics, and network infrastructure
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
