Full Stack Software Engineer

Title: Full Stack Software Engineer.
Location: 100% Remote.
Duration: 4 Years Contract.

Project:
Project work entails further development and maintenance of the Aviation Data Analytics Warehouse platform, including integration of new datasets, implementation of enhancements to pipelines, troubleshooting bugs, and providing detailed documentation. Additionally, may include priority sprint projects for Microsoft PowerApps development, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) integration, API management and/or Progressive Web App (PWA) development. This work requires experience with agile project delivery management and experience in Microsoft Azure cloud development.

We are creating a team of Cloud Architect/Team Lead, Data Engineer, and Full Stack Software Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Geographic Information System (GIS) development: Tasks may include integrating geospatial data from multiple sources, developing interactive maps and spatial analytics tools, and creating GIS-enabled dashboards and applications to visualize airport infrastructure, assets, and operations.
• Application Programming Interface (API) Management: Tasks may include the design, development, and implementation of APIs to facilitate secure, reliable, and scalable data exchanges between Aviation Department enterprise systems, external partners, and future potential AI agent integration via MCP-compatible reporting layers.
• Progressive Web App (PWA) Development: Tasks may include the design, development, testing, and deployment of PWAs to deliver responsive and customized mobile-friendly applications including integration of a customized User Interface (UI) design with back-end integrations to ADAW.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Azure Platform, including Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks, and DevOps.
• Relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server.
• Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
