 Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Management Specialist with a strong background in Azure DevOps, Linux, and production support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Azure DevOps.
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the infrastructure environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

• Implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).

• Provide production support for Linux-based systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

• Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.

• Document infrastructure processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.

• Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management.

 
 Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation and management.

• Proficient in Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

• Experience in production support and incident management.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts and cloud infrastructure.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

 
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.

• Certifications in Azure or related technologies are a plus.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management or a related role.

• Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
