Solutions Architect & Lead Azure AI Copilot & Power Platform #Fulltime #fulltime

We are hiring a skilled Solutions Architect & Leads/Developers to help design, build, and scale AIpowered components using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio Premium, and the Power Platform. These roles will partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver secure, enterprisegrade conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. These roles need strong software engineering fundamentals with handson experience across Azure APIs, MS Copilot, and the Power Platform ecosystem, and is comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software design/development or solution engineering with handson experience with Microsoft Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience building AIdriven solutions using Azure OpenAI and/or Cognitive Services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs; Solid understanding of security, identity, and enterprise architecture principles
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Python; Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

Preferred / NicetoHave

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium; Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and prompt engineering best practices
• Experience implementing ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solutions, environment strategy); Exposure to Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD
• Background supporting financial, IT, or operational systems; Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI) a plus

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Copilot Development Design, build, and extend custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium; Integrate copilots with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services); Architect and implement prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and conversation flows; Build reusable AI components that support scalability, governance, and reuse
• Azure & API Integration Develop secure integrations using Azure APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services; Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD / Entra ID; Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and datahandling standards
• Power Platform Solutions Build and extend solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors; Collaborate with citizen developers while enforcing ALM, governance, and best practices; Support automation and intelligent workflows across business platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, SAP)
• Engineering & Delivery Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, and code standards; Apply CI/CD and ALM best practices across Power Platform and Azure deployments; Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of AI and automation solutions; Document architectures, patterns, and operational guidance for longterm sustainability
• Collaboration & Enablement Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions; Support knowledge transfer and adoption of AI capabilities across teams; Stay current on Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform roadmap advancements
