  • Track program health using KPIs, utilization metrics, and stakeholder feedback
  • Facilitate workshops, office hours, and champion programs to accelerate AI literacy and adoption
  • Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, and budget allocation across AI initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives
  • Direct experience deploying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms
  • Proven success managing large-scale rollouts involving thousands of users and diverse stakeholder groups

  • Experience driving organizational change and adoption using formal change management methodologies
  • Strong project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications
