Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in SQL.
- Experience with healthcare claims is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production systems and applications for performance and availability.
- Perform initial triage and resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Write and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain incident logs, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Users/Client, QA, and Development.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards, especially in healthcare environments.
