ERP Upgrade Manager

Job Title: ERP Upgrade Manager - Full-Time
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois (Hybrid Position)
Position Type: Full-Time

We seek an experienced program manager to lead the upgrade of our ERP system from IFS v10 to IFS v11 (IFS Cloud). This role will coordinate business, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure a successful upgrade with minimal disruption to operations.

Experience managing ERP upgrades or large ERP implementations is essential.

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP upgrade through stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate business, IT, and implementation partner activities
• Manage risks, issues, scope, and escalation paths
• Facilitate decision-making and remove project blockers
• Translate business requirements into system and process changes
• Coordinate data migration planning and validation
• Oversee testing cycles including UAT and integration testing
• Plan and execute go-live and cutover activities
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution
• Coordinate user training and change management activities
• Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure handoff to support and operations teams
