Hiring: Delivery Practice Coach / Delivery Manager – AI-Accelerated Engineering Environment
Location: Onsite 3 days a week in Malvern PA, Charlotte NC or Dallas TX.
We are looking for a hands-on Delivery Practice Coach to help product engineering teams improve software delivery in an AI-driven environment. The role focuses on AI-assisted engineering, delivery excellence, flow optimization, and operational discipline.

• Agile / Engineering coaching
• Flow & throughput optimization
• Delivery predictability and operational excellence
• SDLC improvement and DevOps practices
• Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
Experience coaching engineering teams and enabling AI-assisted workflows is highly preferred.
