Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced RSA Archer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty software engineering with 4+ years of experience, including hands-on expertise in RSA Archer, PeopleSoft, and product implementation tools.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables, contributing to large-scale planning and project execution.
  • Review and analyze complex challenges, involving an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve moderately complex issues, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of organizational functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to guide decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of RSA Archer solutions and integrations.
  • Support the deployment and optimization of PeopleSoft and other product implementation tools within client environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in specialty software engineering.
  • Proven experience with RSA Archer and PeopleSoft applications.
  • Strong technical expertise in product implementation tools.
  • Ability to work on moderately complex projects and contribute to large-scale planning efforts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred, but not required:
  • Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) principles.
  • Certifications related to RSA Archer or PeopleSoft are a plus.
