Digital Endpoint Support Engineer

Description
The Digital Endpoint Support Engineer will deliver hands-on technical support for corporate endpoint devices and workplace technologies, ensuring a secure and reliable digital experience for above-restaurant employees. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android platforms while supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents. The engineer will assist with provisioning, deployments, refresh cycles, and asset lifecycle management, maintaining accurate documentation in ServiceNow and contributing to ongoing process improvements. This position works closely with endpoint engineering, cybersecurity, the service desk, and managed service partners, supporting key initiatives involving Intune, Entra, Windows, and M365 environments. Ideal candidates have experience with endpoint management tools, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
