Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives for mid-sized and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to enhance their business operations, optimize processes, and drive impactful transformations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies for clients to support their organizational goals.

Evaluate and optimize operating models to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.

Design and implement tailored data analytics and business intelligence solutions to address complex challenges.

Facilitate strategic planning sessions to align client objectives with actionable outcomes.

Conduct IT due diligence to assess systems and recommend improvements.

Develop organization design structures to enhance team performance and operational effectiveness.

Optimize finance and accounting processes to achieve greater accuracy and efficiency.

Manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Utilize tools such as Jira to track progress and manage workflows effectively.

Coordinate enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives to enhance operational capabilities

Requirements

Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
PMP Certification is required.
Expertise in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.
Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
