Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of complex initiatives within the service industry. Based in Westlake, Ohio, this role requires someone who is detail oriented, excels in strategic planning, client relationship management, and delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and maintain strong working relationships.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals and improve overall efficiency.
Facilitate training sessions and provide education to clients on project processes and tools.
Oversee scope management, conflict resolution, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira to monitor and track project progress.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and updated regularly.
Lead cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accountability.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably managing complex, client-focused initiatives.
Familiarity with the Healthcare, Property & Casualty, or Pharmacy Benefit Management insurance industries.
Strong background in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Expertise in utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining organization and time-management excellence.
