Job Overview:
The SAP EAM Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain and technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
- Spearhead the architecture, design, and development through a high-performing team of innovative solutions for product, project, and sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies so that the solution remains current, meets quality standards, and fulfills all project requirements.
- Review architecture and design deliverables to ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and architectural standards, while simultaneously establishing and enforcing governance and compliance measures.
- Train and develop the team to ensure an adequate supply of skilled workforce in the technology and mitigate delivery risks.
