We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Solution Designer & Business Analyst to serve as a solution design lead. In this position, you will design, enhance, and streamline SharePoint and web-based enterprise content management tools, re-engineer business processes, translate business requirements into user stories, build virtual help agents/workflows, and mentor technical staff.

• Design, prototype, build, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, Power Platform workflows, and virtual support agents.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and detailed technical documentation.

• Re-engineer business processes and streamline enterprise content management workflows.

• Perform quality assurance testing, debug applications, and develop comprehensive end-user training materials.

• Lead, guide, and mentor junior technical staff on solution design and implementation best practices.

• Required Skills:

  • SharePoint Design: 8+ years designing SharePoint solutions (lists, libraries, content types) and web-based tools

  • Business Analysis: 8+ years as a Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or QA Analyst

  • Process Re-engineering: 8+ years evaluating, re-engineering, and optimizing business processes

  • SDLC & Agile: 8+ years of experience across the full application development lifecycle, writing user stories, and managing deliverables

  • Documentation & Training: 8+ years creating technical documentation, training materials, and delivering presentations

• Preferred (Highly Desired) Skills:

  • Automation & Tools: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform workflows

  • Leadership: Proven success mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior staff

  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Transportation Life Cycle or public sector permitting business processes
