What we re REALLY looking for (core focus):

  • Strong experience in Tier 2 / Tier 3 Technical Support
  • Hands-on with Windows Stack: Windows, IIS, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Active Directory
  • Ability to install, configure & troubleshoot IIS (must-have)
  • Solid SQL skills writing & executing queries (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE)
  • Experience handling complex production issues independently
  • Strong troubleshooting + log analysis skills

Role Highlights:

  • Work on implementation & deployment of healthcare applications
  • Troubleshoot high-impact technical issues in live environments
  • Perform installations, configurations, and validations on servers/workstations
  • Collaborate with project teams & support critical client systems
  • Act as a subject matter expert for technical problem resolution

Someone who can go beyond basic support, handle server-level troubleshooting, and confidently work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
