The Supply Chain Project Manager leads moderate to large, enterprise-level distribution facility projects-overseeing all related workstreams, driving alignment across multiple sites, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This is an onsite role in our Mt. Juliet TN facility.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? - Plan, manage, and execute complex supply chain projects using industry best practices
- Balance competing demands across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
- Develop project plans, define objectives, and manage cross-functional workstreams
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, identify critical paths, and ensure timely delivery
- Follow corporate standards, including financial, ITIL, security, audit, SOX, and configuration management requirements
- Engage cross-site teams through clear written and verbal communication
- Manage expectations with internal and external customers and proactively address needs
- Utilize PMBOK knowledge areas and apply industry best practices
- Manage projects that may include facility builds, process line configuration, automation solutions, vendor selection (RFI/RFP), or technology implementations
- Coordinate people, equipment, and materials for efficient project execution
- Build and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accuracy
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing/distribution processes and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency
- When part of a broader program, ensure project plans feed seamlessly into overall program strategy
What are the requirements needed for this position? - Proficiency with project management tools and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in engineering, business, project management, or related fields
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution
- Solid understanding of manufacturing/distribution processes, equipment, and materials
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience delivering Supply Chain or Distribution Center solutions
- Ability to manage medium- to high-complexity projects
- Experience leading teams of up to 5 associates
- Experience managing projects for both internal and external stakeholders
Pay Range:
$88,000.00 - $147,000.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
