Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Oracle CRM with strong experience in Oracle CRM/CX, Java development, enterprise integrations, and the Healthcare domain. The candidate will design, develop, customize, integrate, and support enterprise CRM applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and support Oracle CRM/CX applications.
Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Java/J2EE.
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate Oracle CRM with healthcare and enterprise applications.
Work with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, APIs, and middleware.
Perform data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries.
Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, and deployments.
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, business analysts, and offshore teams.
Provide technical guidance to junior developers and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.
Oracle CRM Skills
10+ years of experience with Oracle CRM / Oracle CX.
Oracle CRM Cloud / Oracle Fusion CRM experience.
CRM configuration, customization, and implementation.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is a plus.
Strong Oracle database and PL/SQL knowledge.
Java Skills
Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
Java 8+ and object-oriented programming.
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, SOAP, and web services.
Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
Knowledge of JUnit/Mockito and unit testing.
Experience with application servers and enterprise Java applications.
Cloud/AWS experience is a plus.
Healthcare Domain
Healthcare provider, payer, hospital, or health-system experience.
Understanding of patient/member/provider management.
Knowledge of healthcare customer engagement processes.
Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR is preferred.
