Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on SmartCOMM configuration and development for complex templates, shared content components, business rules/conditionals, and XPath logic
• Take primary responsibility for onshore SmartCOMM technical deliverables during critical release, go-live, and stabilization periods
• Perform impact analysis and change planning for updates across large template inventories, including dependency assessment
• Drive end-to-end delivery activities including solution design, build/configuration, testing, and production readiness
• Review offshore work products and provide feedback to ensure quality and consistency with standards

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands-on SmartCOMM experience in enterprise CCM implementations
• Strong expertise in SmartCOMM template configuration, shared content strategy, rules, XPath, and debugging
• Proven experience with integrations and data mapping (JSON/XML/flat files) and core systems (Guidewire/Mainframe)
• Demonstrated experience in legacy CCM to SmartCOMM migrations and impact analysis
• Ability to operate independently as an experienced onshore technical contributor
• Insurance domain experience (P&C/Life), SmartCOMM Cloud, PureCloud, or Python services are pluses
