Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Consumer Goods Cloud to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role requires a blend of architecture, hands-on development, and business collaboration, supporting critical initiatives across sales, service, and retail execution.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in CRM, with strong focus on Salesforce.
Proven experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud).
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience in data modeling, platform limits, and performance optimization.
Ability to conduct system assessments and drive architectural improvements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
Exposure to process reengineering and large-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud).
Lead architecture for Retail Execution, Order Management, and Contract Management processes.
Conduct Salesforce org health checks and assessments; provide recommendations for performance, scalability, and optimization.
Build and validate POCs and complex solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Define and enforce architecture governance, coding standards, and best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
