Job Description

We are looking for an experienced .Net Azure Architect to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering scalable cloud-based applications using Microsoft technologies and Azure services. This role requires strong hands-on experience in backend development, cloud architecture, API development, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using C# and .NET
Create low-level design (LLD) documents and provide technical architecture guidance
Develop and integrate REST APIs for enterprise applications
Architect and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure
Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Work with source control tools like Git/GitHub
Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders
Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor development teams
Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and deployment strategies

Required Skills

7 10 years of experience in software development and architecture
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core
Expertise in REST API development and integration
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD
Experience with Git/GitHub
Strong database experience with PostgreSQL
Excellent experience in Low-Level Design (LLD)

Preferred Skills

Experience with Angular (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
