Summary

Senior PowerBuilder Developer

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior PowerBuilder Developer to support and enhance a large-scale tax and revenue management system while assisting with a major modernization initiative.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support existing PowerBuilder applications.
Develop enhancements and resolve production issues.
Design and implement interfaces between legacy and modern systems.
Develop REST API and FileNet integrations.
Work with Oracle databases and SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams.
Participate in Agile development activities and track work using Azure DevOps.

Requirements

7+ years of PowerBuilder development experience (12.5+ preferred).
Strong Oracle/SQL development experience.
Experience developing REST API integrations.
Experience integrating with FileNet.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with IRMS.
Experience with GenTax.
Background in tax processing, revenue management, or government systems.
