Job Description:
This role requires deep enterprise experience. We are specifically looking for someone who has led largescale, crossdepartment initiatives within a large corporation, not just teamlevel or singlefunction efforts.
Key requirements:
Proven experience mobilizing and leading enterprisewide initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Strong zerotoone MVP leadership, including building momentum from ambiguity
Ability to build and scale scrum teams and ARTs, moving from MVP into execution
Sufficient technical depth to understand solution complexity, scope, and delivery timelines
Ability to influence and navigate cross enterprise segment prioritization and dependency management, e.g. will need to work with many area to help drive prioritization and negotiate scope timelines etc.
Clear executive presence , this is a highvisibility initiative with senior leadership engagement
Sound SAFe experience to help organize the team and keep things moving leveraging Jira align, ceremonies and exec status report outs.
An immediate disqualifier is candidates who have not worked in large, complex enterprises or who lack experience delivering multisegment, enterpriselevel initiatives.
