Area of Responsibility (Job duties encompassing one or more of the following)
Design and review end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals
Translate business requirements into architecture/technical blueprints
Lead system design across:
o Cloud
o Applications
o Data and integrations
Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
Ensure solutions meet:
o Security requirements
o Performance and scalability needs
o Compliance standards
Collaborate with:
o Architects
o Leads (Dev & QA)
o BA, Scrum Master, Developers
o DevOps engineers
o Security teams
o Stakeholders
Review technical designs and code (high-level)
Guide teams on technology selection and trade-offs
Support cost optimization and resource planning
Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
Required Qualifications
Masters s or bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 10+ years of Information Technology experience

S3 (storage & data lakes)

SQS / SNS (messaging)
IAM (access control)
Designing scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures
Experience with VPC, networking, and security groups
Infrastructure as Code:
CloudFormation / Terraform
Frameworks & tools:
Boto3 (AWS SDK)
Writing clean, modular, and testable code
Experience with:
Logging & error handling, Unit testing
Serverless architecture design
Event-driven systems
Data engineering basics (Pandas, ETL design)
Performance optimization
Lucid chart or similar for technical diagrams/documents
