Job Description

  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, UX, and business stakeholders to establish clear priorities and shared outcomes
  • Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple teams, systems, and workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery
  • Facilitate program governance, including regular status reporting, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communication
  • Identify, escalate, and proactively resolve risks, blockers, and competing priorities
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to define milestones, delivery strategies, and success metrics
  • Track execution against commitments and KPIs to ensure strong delivery discipline
  • Promote best practices in technical program and project management across teams

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strategic mindset combined with a strong execution focus
  • Highly collaborative, relationship-driven working style
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish clarity, and drive decisions forward
  • Proactive problem-solver with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable operating at both hands-on delivery and executive communication levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, consumer products, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments
  • Background working with integrated systems or enterprise-scale platforms
  • Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with program or project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
