Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to support AWS QuickSight dashboard development, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

The role will focus on building digital reporting and analytics solutions, including participant profiles, dashboard development, data analysis, and BI asset management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, designing BI solutions, working closely with technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery and communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AWS QuickSight dashboard builds and related data analysis activities.
• Build digital reporting and analytics solutions, including participant profile reporting.
• Responsible for the design and storage of data within databases.
• Design and develop schemas for BI solutions.
• Support system governance processes and BI/data asset management processes.
• Understand reporting and analytics needs from various business groups.
• Partner with technical teams to design, develop, and deliver BI solutions.
• Own communication, deliverable quality, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Lead by example in prototyping new features and solutions.
• Demonstrate practical BI applications to clients using best practices and efficient data processing techniques.
• Optimize dashboard performance and data processing workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 9 years of experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or SAP.
• Hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight dashboarding.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Strong dashboard development, storytelling, and data analytics experience.
• Ability to identify trends using statistical models and collaborate with data scientists when needed.
• Experience optimizing dashboard performance and data processing.
• Strong understanding of BI visualization tools, features, and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related analytics fields.
• Candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from top-tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
• Strong data analysis experience.
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership, manage stakeholder expectations, and handle challenging business requirements.
