Your role in our mission

Gainwell empowers you show you're a pro and help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes using innovative technology and solutions.

Working directly with the client on requirements gathering. Working with the Gainwell account team building business designs, create and execute test cases and system documentation. Work will be assigned across functional areas requiring managing and coordinating with project managers and team leaders.

  • Create Business Designs
  • Create/Review/Execute test cases and test results
  • Create/update system documentation
  • Manage/coordinate assigned work across functional area in conjunction with Project Manager and Team Leaders.
  • Analyze, plan, design, document and make recommendations to improve business processes to support client's technological aspirations
  • Be a supportive bridge between clients, project managers and technical personnel to define, track and communicate business requirements and their expected impact by building basic conceptual data and process models


What we're looking for

3+ years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients. Experience in the following:
  • Gathering/documenting business requirements
  • Reviewing, writing and executing test cases
  • Strong client interfacing skills
  • MS Office tools
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other software for conducting quantitative analysis
  • Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts such as configuration, development and batch processing
  • Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills

The pay range for this position is $51,900.00 - $74,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
