Modernization Support: Contribute to modernization initiatives involving Windows, Oracle, and distributed batch processing while maintaining legacy system stability.

System Reporting: Support and develop within reporting tools, including Reports Composer, SOA Composer, and Crystal Reports.

Operations & Stability: Diagnose complex issues involving multi-system dependencies and cross-platform data flows to ensure production accuracy.

GEN Expertise: 10+ years of proven experience in Broadcom GEN (AllFusion/CA GEN) application development and data modeling.

Platform Knowledge: 10+ years of experience spanning Mainframe and Distributed platforms, including batch scheduling and operations.

Reporting & Data: 10+ years of experience with SAS, Crystal Reports, and technical writing for GEN-based systems.

Domain Specifics: Extensive experience architecting GEN solutions for rating, reserving, and payroll/premium functions.

Problem Solving: 10+ years of experience in complex problem-solving within large IT environments (100+ staff) using structured SDLC processes.

Technical Stack: Proficiency in Scripting, Automation, Oracle, and Windows batch processing.
