(Agentic AI)/AI Agent Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Q / QuickSight)

Role Overview
We are seeking an Expert Agent Builder to design, build, and scale AI-powered agents using
Amazon Bedrock that deliver measurable business value across the enterprise. This role
will focus on developing secure, enterprise-grade conversational and task-oriented agents,
with a strong preference for candidates experienced with Amazon Q for Business and
analytics-driven use cases using Amazon QuickSight.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Design & Development:
Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and
foundation models.
Implement agentic workflows including planning, tool use, memory, and multi-step
reasoning.
Build RAG pipelines leveraging enterprise data sources.
Amazon Q for Business:
Configure and extend Amazon Q for Business for enterprise knowledge discovery and
workflows.
Customize connectors, personas, and access controls.
Analytics & Insights (QuickSight):
Integrate agents with Amazon QuickSight for conversational analytics and insights.
Architecture & Governance:
Build secure, scalable AWS architectures and implement AI guardrails.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Proven experience in building autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain
or Semantic Kernel.
Strong prompt engineering skills, including prompt design, chaining, and optimization
for LLMs.

Hands-on expertise with Amazon Bedrock, including model integration, Guardrails, and
Knowledge Bases.
Proficient in Python, API integration, and working with vector databases (e.g., FAISS,
Pinecone).
Solid understanding of LLM behavior, RAG architecture, and deploying AI solutions on
AWS cloud.
Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
Agent Development:
Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-
making, and task execution.
Use frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or custom
orchestration layers to create multi-step, multi-tool agents.
Prompt Engineering:
Craft and optimize high-quality prompts to improve the reliability and effectiveness
of generative AI outputs.
Develop prompt chains, system prompts, and context strategies for dynamic agent
behavior.
Continuously test and iterate prompts based on use case feedback and model
performance.
Amazon Bedrock Development:
Build and deploy generative AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock with models from
providers like Anthropic (Claude), Cohere, Stability AI, and Amazon Titan.
Use Bedrock features such as Guardrails, Knowledge Bases, and model
customization to enhance AI agent safety and capabilities.
GenAI/AgenticAI use case leveraging Amazon Q for business and the upcoming
Amazon QuikSuite as a platform.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in software engineering, cloud, or AI/ML roles.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock.
Experience with Amazon Q for Business.
Strong Python skills and AWS security knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Bedrock with Amazon QuickSight.
Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Experience in regulated industries and AI Centers of Excellence.
