Job Title: ERP Developer 3 (PeopleSoft Financials)

I. Description of Services

We are seeking 4 experienced ERP Developer 3 professionals to support enterprise application development initiatives. The selected candidates will be responsible for analyzing, developing, modifying, and integrating ERP systems, with a strong focus on PeopleSoft Financials.

All deliverables produced during this engagement will be considered "work made for hire" and remain the property of the hiring organization. Candidates may be required to undergo background checks in accordance with applicable laws. No compensation will be provided for participation in interviews or the selection process.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, with the ability to work independently on complex assignments, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and potentially lead or mentor other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug ERP application systems
• Ensure seamless integration of software within ERP environments
• Review and interpret legacy systems built on the .NET framework (C#, VB.NET)
• Reverse-engineer business logic and extract critical data from legacy systems
• Perform PeopleSoft Financials development using PeopleTools
• Execute complex data migration from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
• Maintain technical documentation and clearly communicate system logic to stakeholders
• Participate in full SDLC activities, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project deliverables
• Work flexible hours when required based on project phases

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (standard business hours)
• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required

Engagement Details

• Start Date: 05/01/2026
• End Date: 08/31/2026 (with potential for extension/renewal)
• Estimated Hours: Up to 688 hours per candidate
• Work Model: Remote (with potential transition to hybrid if required)

II. Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP/Application Development
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with PeopleTools
• Experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
• Strong experience with Oracle databases
• Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in public sector environments (Federal, State, or Local Government)
• Familiarity with CAPPS Financials systems
• Experience using Jira
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

III. Work Location & Additional Information

• Work will primarily be performed remotely
• If required, hybrid/on-site work arrangements will be discussed
• Any travel or related expenses will be the responsibility of the candidate/vendor unless pre-approved
