Desktop Engineer

Introduction

As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the desktop infrastructure within our organization. You will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting various technologies to ensure the smooth operation of our desktop environment.

Responsibilities

• 2 years of experience is required in SCCM and Intune
• Manage and configure desktop operating systems using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
• Implement and maintain Intune imaging solutions for desktop deployment.
• Package applications for deployment across the organization.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding desktop-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve desktop infrastructure problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest desktop technologies and best practices.
• Document processes and procedures related to desktop engineering.

Requirements
