• Provide operational support for middleware platforms: monitoring, incident response, and request fulfillment for integrated services.
• Maintain platform currency/health: patching, capacity management, and runtime environment support.
• Perform routine health checks; proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize middleware configurations.
• Ensure incident/service request/change tickets meet response and resolution service levels.
• Perform middleware troubleshooting and log analysis; lead deep-dive diagnostics for critical failures and drive permanent fixes (RCA).
• Manage SSL certificates and related configuration updates.
• Assist application teams with middleware deployments and runtime validation.
• Configure and support connection pools, JMS, JNDI, JDBC.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems (databases, LDAP, SSO).
• Configure user roles, groups, and access controls.
• Provide middleware-level compliance/audit support; implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Plan and execute upgrades and patching for IBM WebSphere and related products.
• Architect and deliver middleware migrations of existing instances.
• Develop automation/scripting for provisioning, monitoring, and self-healing workflows using IBM and open-source tools.
