Role: IT Systems & Support Engineer

Work arrangement: Onsite, five days per week
Position Summary
Provide hands-on onsite IT support, device provisioning, employee onboarding, hardware setup, ticket resolution, and workplace technology support in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide frontline onsite support for employee hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
Provision and configure laptops, accounts, applications, and peripherals.
Support onboarding, offboarding, equipment recovery, and access-removal workflows.
Resolve walk-up and ticket-based support requests with clear customer communication.
Maintain asset, inventory, knowledge-base, and support documentation.
Escalate identity, endpoint, network, and security issues appropriately.
Use automation and AI-enabled ITSM tools to improve resolution speed and consistency.
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
Hands-on macOS or Windows support experience.
Experience with ticketing, asset management, and device provisioning.
Basic knowledge of identity, endpoint-management, collaboration, and networking tools.
Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
Ability to work onsite five days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
Employee onboarding and offboarding automation.
Conference-room and audiovisual support.
Scripting or workflow automation.
Console.ai or other AI-enabled service-management tools.
