Senior Automation Engineer – UiPath, React & AI Integration

Work Arrangement: Remote
Time Zone: Eastern Time (EST) availability required
Contract Duration: 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with strong UiPath RPA development, React/TypeScript engineering, and AI/LLM integration experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions while improving operational efficiency and business productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying production-level UiPath RPA solutions.

• UiPath certifications such as UiARD preferred.

• Experience with React 18+, TypeScript, component-based architecture, and REST API integration.

• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude APIs.

• Experience with RAG pipelines, function calling, AI agents, and streaming user interfaces.

• Expertise in automation opportunity assessment, workflow design, ROI analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.

• Experience monitoring production automation environments, troubleshooting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing remediation.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Jira.

• Ability to work throughout Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services, investment operations, or other regulated-industry experience.

• Experience with Snowflake, Python, C#, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.

• Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot, agentic frameworks, and AI-powered workflow automation.

• Experience documenting architecture, API specifications, and operational runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions.

• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications and automation workflows.

• Develop React-based interfaces and operational dashboards.

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable ROI.

• Monitor production bots, resolve incidents, and maintain automation reliability.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentoring.

Engagement: Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. Not contract-to-hire.
