We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer (Contractor) to support a major banktobank migration.

This person will play a critical role in building data pipelines, supporting conversion cycles, and ensuring highquality, timely data integration.

Key Skills

Advanced SQL
ETL/ELT pipeline development
dbt (data build tool)
Snowflake
Experience with Kafka
Excellent communication; able to work with internal teams, and external vendors
Strong data investigation & troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

IBM DataStage, Python
Financial or Item Processing/check data experience
Prior work on data conversions or migration projects
Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI

Role Summary

Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations to support Item Processing data integration.
Validate and reconcile complex datasets under tight deadlines.
Deliver highquality work in a fast-paced, conversionfocused environment.
