Job/Position Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Installation and uninstallation of software on Windows, Linux, and Apple systems.
  • System domain joining and deployment of security tools.
  • Implementing performance improvements for end user devices.
  • Providing remote support for users outside the office premises.
  • Hardware and software record update and periodic reconciliation.
  • Audit support
  • Supporting meeting room audio visual setups.
  • Assisting with testing lab configurations.
  • Preparing desktops and laptops in bulk for training sessions or new joiners.
  • Providing hands on support for the installation and configuration of network devices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • Minimum one year of IT support experience working with corporate customers.
  • Strong knowledge of remote support tools and procedures.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Ready to travel
