Location: Indianapolis, IN (100% Remote)

ProjectApex Systems is currently working with an enterprise-level healthcare client that is looking for a seasoned IAM Business Analyst professional. Our client is currently working on transitioning their application environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in requirement documentation and understanding of IAM processes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze IAM business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and process improvements.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies related to identity and access.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Partner with IT security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory and organizational standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Monitor IAM system performance and user access patterns to identify anomalies and support incident response efforts.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of IAM tools and technologies, contributing to vendor assessments and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on IAM policies, procedures, and tools.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in identity governance and administration.
Requirements- 4+ years of Business Analyst work
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts
