Job Title: Senior Program Manager Engineering Services

Location: Lehi, UT / Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)
Interview: Second-round in-person interview at UT or Jersey City, NJ.

Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Delivery Manager to lead Engineering Services programs, portfolio management, and cross-functional technology initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Technical Program, Delivery, or Portfolio Management.

  • Expertise in program process development, workflow improvement, demand prioritization, and resource planning.

  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership communication, and risk management skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Technical project lifecycle knowledge and experience with Jira or similar tools.

  • Ability to drive business value and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred: AI/ML project implementation, Cloud, PMP, or Agile certifications.
