Day-to-Day Job Duties (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design compliant financial solutions.
Configure financial structures such as chart of accounts, fiscal calendars, and financial dimensions.
Support data migration, financial integrations, and reconciliation activities.
Assist in testing, UAT, training, and go-live support.
Collaborate with SCM and other functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Support audits, regulatory, and compliance requirements within D365 Finance.
Basic Qualifications (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
Minimum 6+ years of experience in finance processes with 3+ years of D365 Finance implementation experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and controls.
Hands-on experience with configuration and functional design in D365 Finance.
Experience working with business users and translating requirements into system solutions.
Exposure to multi-legal entity, multi-currency environments is preferred.
Degree
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance) are a plus.
