Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems. This role requires strong expertise in advanced ML algorithms, deep learning, model optimization, and production-level MLOps.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineering teams to build high-performance AI-driven applications and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable machine learning and deep learning models

• Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring

• Optimize model performance and scalability in production environments

• Architect ML pipelines and MLOps workflows

• Deploy models using REST APIs and cloud-native services

• Conduct experimentation, A/B testing, and performance tuning

• Mentor junior ML engineers and review code

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related STEM field

• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering

• Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics, Linear Algebra, and Algorithms

• Experience building and deploying ML systems at scale

• Expertise in model evaluation and performance optimization
