  Required Skills:

  
  
  
  
  • Over 5 years of experience in data engineering and architecture, especially within cloud or hybrid environments.
  
  
  • Hands-on proficiency with cloud-native Lakehouse platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
  
  
  • Expertise in streaming architectures (Kafka), ETL/ELT tools (Informatica), BI tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, ThoughtSpot), and relational databases.
  
  
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL to develop data pipelines, automation, and AI/ML workflows.
  
  
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, platform choices, and MLOps processes.
  
  
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, data quality, and governance tools (e.g., Collibra, SALT, Informatica).
  
  
  • Familiarity with distributed query engines (Starburst), graph databases (TigerGraph), NoSQL solutions, open table formats (Iceberg, Delta Lake), and data mesh principles.
  
  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts into strategic business insights.
  
  
  • Experience working within Agile/SAFe environments.

  • Industry experience in financial services or regulated industries.
  
  
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
