Summary
Role: Mac Systems Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Description:
The Mac Systems Engineer will lead the validation, configuration, and troubleshooting of macOS endpoints, focusing heavily on integrating Jamf Pro with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) to enforce device compliance and security policies. Responsibilities include testing and deploying Jamf Connect for streamlined identity management, implementing and verifying Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO) for secure passwordless authentication via the Secure Enclave, and auditing Conditional Access policies to ensure only compliant Macs access corporate resources. The engineer will automate testing workflows using Jamf Pro and scripted solutions to validate user provisioning, credential synchronization, and security posture in a modernized, zero-trust macOS environment.
