Role: Google Cloud Platform Devops Engineer

Location: Hartford, CT



Key Responsibilities:



Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS, IAM, Redis, Load Balancing, and Vertex AI.

Support and optimize Salesforce development workflows and tools like SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Force.com Migration Tool.

Implement and manage API gateways to support secure and scalable service integrations.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IAC tooling such as Terraform.

Learn new technologies and stay up to date with latest industry trends



Required Skills & Experience:



10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.

Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing pipelines using tools such as: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, and Checkmarx.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.

Proficiency in Salesforce development and deployment (Apex, LWC) and tooling (SFDX, CLI).

Experience with middleware platforms: Kafka, Spring Boot, Mulesoft.

Solid understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Proficient in scripting languages: Python, Bash, Groovy.

Familiarity with REST, JSON, and GraphQL APIs.

Strong grasp of cloud security, IAM, and networking principles.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Solid organizational, time management and judgment skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
