Role - Oracle Fusion Advanced Pricing Architect

Location - Scottsdale, AZ (Remote)

Duration: Long-term

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Advanced Pricing Architect to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Pricing solutions across complex business environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management Pricing Strategy, Pricing Algorithms, pricing rules, discounting modifiers, charge definitions and integration with upstream and downstream business processes.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and program leadership to architect scalable pricing solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Advanced Pricing

Gather and analyse business requirements related to

Pricing strategies

Discounts and promotions

Freight and surcharges

Customer-specific pricing

Product-based pricing

Pricing matrices and rules

Design and configure:

Pricing Strategies

Price Lists

Pricing Segments

Discount Lists Modifiers

Service mappings

Pricing Algorithms

Pricing Rules and Rule Assignments

Charge Definitions

Architect pricing integration with:

Order Management

Inventory

Product Information Management PIM

Customer Data Accounts

Receivables Financials

External systems via APIs integrations

Provide expertise on pricing setup, transformation rules and orchestration impacts.

Drive fit gap workshops, solution blueprinting, and functional design documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams on extensions, integrations, reports and data migration.

Support test strategy SIT, UAT reconciliation, and production deployment

Ensure solution adherence to best practices, governance, performance and scalability standards

Support issue resolution during implementation and hypercare phases

Mentor functional consultants and provide architectural guidance across project teams

Required Skills Experience

Functional Domain Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order Management
• Deep Hands-on''''s expertise in Oracle Fusion Advanced Pricing

Strong knowledge of:

• Pricing strategies
• Price lists
• Discounts and modifiers
• Pricing rules
• Pricing algorithms
• Charge components
• Matrix-based pricing
• Tiered pricing, customer-specific pricing
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
• Experience in pricing design for complex global business scenarios

Oracle Fusion Expertise

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management
• Understanding of Product Information Management PIM and item attributes impacting pricing
• Knowledge of customer hierarchies, business units, legal entities and reference data setup
• Familiarity with subscription service bundled pricing scenarios is an advantage

Architecture Delivery Skills

• Ability to create solution architecture documents, design flows, and configuration workbooks
• Expertise in requirement mapping, fitgap analysis, and solution governance
• Experience working with integration teams for pricing-related interfaces
• Strong understanding of data migration and conversion considerations
• Experience supporting testing cutover and production stabilization

Technical Awareness

Good understanding of:

• Oracle Fusion tables and data model functional awareness
• OTBI BI reporting implications
• Web services REST SOAP integrations
• Approval and orchestration dependencies
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams on extensions and custom solutions where required
