Job Summary (List Format):

- Work within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or Finance & Operations (F&O) environments, especially in sandbox, testing, or data configuration contexts (e.g., managing user roles, creating records, validating workflows).
- Generate, configure, and manage realistic system data to support training simulations, test cases, and various user scenarios.
- Create, maintain, and optimize SharePoint Online team sites for organizing, structuring, and publishing digital content, including building subpages, configuring web parts, and setting up knowledge repositories or internal learning portals.
- Translate business processes, technical documentation, and system workflows into structured, training-aligned content and user guides.
- Ensure robust content organization and tagging within SharePoint to support easy navigation and efficient search/retrieval in learning repositories.
- Prepare and document assignment steps, simulation scripts, and "how-to" guides that align with technical system functionality and accessibility standards (e.g., AODA, plain language).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (training, IT, business) to ensure data accuracy, assignment readiness, and alignment of training materials with project needs.
- Log in with multiple roles or profiles to simulate different user experiences, validate assignments, and support acceptance testing or simulation steps.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, version control, and traceability of content and data configurations across systems.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities by sharing finalized training storyboards, data logic/configuration documentation, and SharePoint content structure with project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Respond to feedback, iterate on system inputs and content, and escalate issues regarding data gaps or assignment logic as needed.
