Lead Database Platform Engineer (Heavy Snowflake Experience Required)
Duration: 6-month (must convert to full-time)
Location: Minnetonka, MN OR Madison, WI ( Need local candidate)-Hybrid

Please submit candidates who live in the Minneapolis metro area. Minnetonka, Minnesota is located on the northwest side of the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. Candidates based in Madison, WI may also be considered, provided they are strong and meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will:

• Take ownership of database platform automation and CI/CD patterns
• Stabilize and standardize Snowflake and enterprise database deployment practices
• Reduce delivery friction for application and data teams through automation and standards
• Act as a trusted technical lead across database, cloud, and DevOps teams

Long-Term Expectations:

The selected candidate will:

• Operate as the primary technical lead for database platforms
• Represent database platform considerations in cross-functional planning and design discussions
• Mentor and guide engineers and DBAs in evolving into database platform engineers
• Be capable of assuming broader platform leadership responsibilities as the organization evolves
